After a long debate dehradoon has been chosen as the venue.Initial votes were for delhi and some people suggested Mumbai also--and Ludhiana/jabalpur were other choices--but you know dehradoon has always been the winner right from the days of Jan Sangh---even when Congress was ruling in other states--dehradoon had Jan sangh always--
It will be lovely weather in April and if memebers would like a hiking trip can be planned to mussorie as well--Forest research Institute is also there where dogra Subhash and dogra vinod Kumar studied forestry--
April 2010--40 years after Dogras got their awakening and came into adulthood--
